Female Muscles – NO! I don’t want that!

Do you think that female muscles are like, hm, say pimples, to be avoided at any cost? Do you think, female fitness is a good thing – but muscle growth is ugly, makes you looking bulky?

When we introduce our system to women, we talk about 'strength', not about muscles – we don't want to scare them off, do we!

Now – here a few thoughts to clarify the myth about female muscles:

1. They do serve the same purpose than male muscles, they help us being fitter, looking better, using up more calories, feeling more energetic.

2. Strength training for women is as important and as healthy as it is for men – maybe even more important, because (besides other advantages) strength training improves your bone density, and bone density decreases more rapidly in women than in men.

3. You want to get stronger, but not develop muscles? Well – the reality is, that to get stronger, you just have to have more muscles, because muscles are the main part of being strong!

So, what is so bad for women about having muscles? Why do so many women avoid the idea of female muscle growth?

You see – even with our quick method of training, you won't wake up one morning being bulky. Muscle growth is a slow process, it happens over time and you are completely in control about how much muscle you want to have where.

In case you think your legs are looking fantastic as they are – just go on 'maintenance mode' and keep your legs as great as they are, instead of initiating more muscle growth.

We have a very easy maintenance procedure to keep muscles the size they you want to have them.

We hear women who want to lose fat before they start the strength training for women program.

How about this: Each additional kg of muscle you have uses up about 100 calories! Each kg of muscle uses up about 100 calories, yes.

That means if you had more muscles, you would be able to lose fat easier, wouldn't you! So, why not start with our strength training program and combine it with a moderate diet?
