You want to check it out a bit better?
When you are interested and would like to give it a go, just book in for your Starters Pack:

Starters Pack - 4 sessions $260, Personal Training, up to one hour each session.

After your have completed your Starters Pack, you can decide to keep going with 7SECONDS Fitness.

Single Personal Training Sessions
$40 per session, if you'd rather pay per session
$400 for 11 sessions (one session free), if you'd like to pay in advance

Please talk with us about our specials, or if you think of training as couples. 

 



Although a session takes 30 minutes only, you will find the training very intense - but energising at the same time! In the beginning you might train once a week, but pretty soon this will change to fortnightly training sessions and less. (I am training once per three weeks at the moment of writing).

There is no sign up fee and no other cost involved. You don't have to commit to anything but what you really want to do.
